At GhoomoNa, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to maintain a transparent, customer-friendly cancellation policy.

1. Day Trips & Waterfall Trails (1-Day Tours)

• Cancelled 48+ hours prior to departure: 100% full refund.
• Cancelled 24 - 48 hours prior: 50% refund.
• Cancelled within 24 hours: No refund due to vehicle and permit bookings.

2. Multi-day & Overnight Camping Expeditions

• Cancelled 7+ days prior: 90% refund.
• Cancelled 3-7 days prior: 50% refund.
• Cancelled less than 3 days prior: Non-refundable.
