1. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed via UPI, Bank Transfer, or original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from cancellation confirmation.

2. Unforeseen Weather or Force Majeure

In case of severe monsoon landslides, extreme weather, or government road closures restricting access to waterfalls or forts, GhoomoNa will offer either a 100% credit voucher for future travel or a full refund minus unrecoverable park permit costs.
